Portland Development Commission (PDC) has been working with Planned Parenthood (PP) for some time and here are some details:

1820 abortions a year:
At the Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Advisory Committee Meeting Notes on January 23, 2007 Dave Greenberg of PP mentioned that there center will be "receiving roughly 100 patient visits a day". [Page 4] Jan. 23 Meeting
At a later meeting on February 13, 2007, PDC acknowledged, "PDC staff is aware that the community has raised concerns about parking, potential picketers, and the fact that this site will provide pregnancy termination services (although these services comprise less than 5% of all services offered)". [Page 3] Feb.13 Meeting .
PDC cannot even say that abortions will be performed. They call them "pregnancy termination services".
Using Dave Greenberg's number of 100 patients and 5% of these exploited woman having abortions, this means that there will be about Five Abortions per day. PP is also planning on being open seven days a week. Five abortions per day, times seven days, times 52 weeks, means 1820 abortions a year.
If Planned Parenthood is so wonderful why are their entrances hidden?
In the Jan. 23 Meeting , it was mentioned, "that Planned Parenthood had looked for a site in Northeast Portland in the past and that request was met with a great deal of discouragement from the community." Instead of respecting the choices of the people of Northeast Portland, the developer working with PDC felt that PP was "excellent" and one of the reasons given was:
